Instructions

Before installing the LED bulb, be sure to read the product manual carefully. Different models and specifications of LED bulbs may have different installation requirements. For example, some bulbs have restrictions on the installation angle, and some may require specific lamps to adapt.

Avoid over-tightening

When installing the bulb, gently screw the bulb into the lamp holder to avoid over-tightening. Over-tightening may damage the lamp head of the bulb or the connecting parts inside the lamp holder, affecting the normal use and life of the bulb.

Maintain appropriate temperature and humidity

Although LED bulbs have strong adaptability to the environment, they also have an appropriate working range. Generally speaking, the temperature between -20℃ and 40℃ is more suitable. If the ambient temperature is too high, it will accelerate the aging of the electronic components inside the bulb; if the temperature is too low, it may affect the luminous efficiency. It is better to keep the relative humidity at around 40% - 60%. Too high humidity may cause moisture inside the bulb, causing problems such as short circuits.

Avoid accumulation of dust and debris

Try to keep the surface of the bulb and the inside of the lamp clean. Dust and debris may affect the heat dissipation of the bulb and reduce the brightness and light transmittance of the light. You can use a clean, dry soft cloth to gently wipe the surface of the bulb regularly.

Use a stable power supply

LED bulbs are sensitive to power quality, so make sure to provide a stable power supply to the bulbs. Excessive voltage fluctuations may damage the driving circuit inside the bulb. If the power grid voltage in your area is unstable, you can consider using a voltage stabilizer to protect the bulb.

Avoid frequent switching

Frequent switching of LED bulbs will have a greater impact on the life of the bulb. Because every time the light is turned on, the current impact inside the bulb will be greater than during normal operation, which will accelerate the aging of electronic components. If possible, try to reduce unnecessary switching operations.

Match the lamp

Make sure the LED bulb matches the lamp. The right lamp can provide good heat dissipation conditions for the bulb and make the light distribution more uniform.

Check the lamp reflector and lens regularly

The reflector and lens in the lamp affect the reflection and refraction effect of the light. If these parts are damaged or aged, the lighting effect of the bulb will be reduced. You can check them regularly for scratches, deformation or discoloration, and replace them in time if there are any problems.

LED bulbs offer an efficient, long-lasting, environmentally friendly and versatile lighting solution. While the initial cost may be higher than traditional bulbs, LED bulbs are generally a wise investment given their long-term energy savings and low replacement frequency. As technology continues to advance, we can expect LED lighting to become more efficient and versatile in the future. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
