Due to the high air pressure, the effect of suppressing the evaporation of the filament is better, so the working temperature of the filament can be increased, and the luminous efficiency of the lamp can be increased accordingly (about 30% to 40%), and the service life is 3-4 times the original.

The energy consumption of led lamps is only one-tenth of incandescent lamps and one-quarter of energy-saving lamps. The life span of led lights can exceed 100,000 hours. The led lamp is also environmentally friendly, does not contain mercury and other harmful substances, and will not cause damage to the environment. The led lamp does not contain infrared and ultraviolet rays during use, so it will not attract insects.

Because LED bulbs are five times heavier than incandescent bulbs, if they are made of glass, they will fall to the ground and are likely to break. Therefore, more LED bulbs use plastic as the bulb to prevent damage.

Generally, the requirements for the bubble shell are as follows: 1. High light transmission, high diffusion, no glare, no light shadow; 2. The concealment of the light source is better (LED lamp beads can not be seen as much as possible); 3. The light transmittance is as high as 90% Above; 4. High flame resistance; 5. High impact strength.
